With more than 5,000 R&D professionals worldwide, ASUS drives innovation through its \"In Search of Incredible\" brand ethos and has been named among Fortune's World's Most Admired Companies. Our commercial product lines - spanning professional Mini PCs, NUC systems, GB10, and GB300 Workstations - are trusted by businesses, public-sector organizations, and channel partners across Europe.
About the role
As Key Account Manager - Commercial B2B (Benelux), you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of ASUS commercial business across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You will own the full commercial relationship with a portfolio of B2B channel partners - including resellers, value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, and IT distributors - while proactively building new pipelines and onboarding new partners.
The product lines at the center of this role are the ASUS Mini PC (Monitored), NUC, GB10, and GB300 Workstation series. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Finance, and regional leadership to deliver ambitious revenue and partnership objectives, bringing a structured, data-driven approach to everything you do.
This is a role for someone who is passionate about technology, relentlessly results-driven, and highly organized - someone who thrives on building things, not just maintaining them.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and onboard new B2B commercial channel partners across the Benelux, with a clear focus on pipeline growth.
- Develop and execute structured account plans for each partner, aligned to quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Build and sustain senior-level relationships within partner organizations, positioning ASUS as a preferred commercial vendor.
- Drive active pipeline management, ensuring a healthy balance of existing account growth and new business development.
- Take full commercial ownership of the Mini PC (Monitored), NUC, GB10, and GB300 Workstation product lines across assigned channel partners.
- Manage the full product lifecycle within partner accounts - from introduction and placement through to refresh and transition.
- Work with partners to strategically plan and optimize the product portfolio, aligned to quarterly commercial objectives.
- Ensure consistent product availability and accurate inventory management across the channel.
Commercial Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and manage sales-in and sales-out performance, KPIs, and revenue targets across the portfolio.
- Leverage market intelligence, partner data, and sales analytics to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and uncover new opportunities.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to regional management on a regular cadence.
- Identify and execute promotional and commercial activities that drive sell-through and partner engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies and ensure commercial plans are well-supported.
- Represent ASUS at trade shows, partner events, and industry forums across the Benelux region.
- Provide market feedback to inform product and strategy decisions at a regional and global level.
Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 3-5 years' B2B commercial account management experience within the Benelux IT channel.
- Proven, established network of commercial channel partners within the Netherlands, Belgium, and/or Luxembourg (resellers, VARs, system integrators, distributors).
- Demonstrable track record of developing new business pipelines and consistently exceeding commercial targets.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B commercial IT channel dynamics and buying behaviors specific to the Benelux market.
- Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in French is highly advantageous (Belgium and Luxembourg markets).
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close business.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and build strategies from insight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — credible and confident at all levels of an organization.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management discipline and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular); CRM experience is preferred.
- Experience with professional computing product lines: Mini PCs, workstations, NUC-style form factors, or equivalent.
- Background working with or for a technology vendor, distributor, or IT solutions provider in a Benelux-facing role.
