Job summary

ABF is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Rotterdam to manage existing accounts and drive revenue growth. You will handle quotations, orders and inquiries, and work with Account Managers to seize growth opportunities.

The role requires 1-3 years in a commercial role, fluent English and German (C1), and a driving license (B). The position is full-time (40h) with hours 09:30–18:00, plus a remote option for some flexibility. A generous training budget and daily catered lunch are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role.
• Fluent in English and German (C1).
• Commercially minded, proactive and a good communicator.
• You hold a driving license (B).

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all matters concerning key accounts.
• Handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Develop a SMART sales plan for your region, including actionable KPI’s.
• Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Analyze customer needs to uncover and implement tailored upselling and cross-selling solutions.
