Job summary

ABF Bearings BV is hiring an Inside Sales Representative fluent in English and German to manage existing accounts and drive revenue growth. You will handle quotations and orders, service inquiries, and collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities.

The role supports a SMART regional sales plan and ongoing relationship expansion. The position is based in the Roosendaal area with a mix of on-site duties and occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role.
• Fluent in English and German (min. C1).
• Driving licence (B) required.
• Full-time preferred (40h/week), open to 32 hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for key accounts.
• Handle quotations, orders and inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop a SMART sales plan for your region with actionable KPI’s.
• Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Analyze customer needs to implement upselling and cross-selling solutions.
