Job summary

Solid Recruitment b.v. urgently seeks a Junior Transaction & Valuation Analyst for an international real estate investor operating in the Netherlands.

You will support transaction and valuation activities, analyze potential acquisitions and disposals, and assist in financing, development and strategic management processes. You will build financial models, prepare presentations, and coordinate with external valuers and auditors while maintaining pipelines and databases.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
• Relevant internship or initial professional experience in real estate, transactions, valuations, investment analysis, corporate finance or a related field is preferred.
• Experience preparing financial models and analytical presentations is beneficial.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to analyse information accurately.

About the role

Our client, an international real estate investor and operator with a substantial portfolio in the Netherlands, is looking for a Junior Transaction & Valuation Analyst. In this role you support the transaction and valuation activities of the Dutch business. You contribute to the analysis and modelling of potential acquisitions and disposals, maintain transaction and valuation information, and support valuation, financing, development and strategic management processes.

Key responsibilities

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or a comparable discipline
• Relevant internship or initial professional experience in real estate, transactions, valuations, investment analysis, corporate finance or a related field is preferred
• Experience preparing financial models and analytical presentations is beneficial
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a good understanding of financial modelling and valuation principles
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to analyse information accurately and present findings clearly
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus

Preferred qualifications

• Interest in commercial real estate, property investment and capital markets
• Familiarity with real estate valuation methods and transaction processes
• Experience with transaction pipelines, valuation databases or financial reporting tools
