Job summary

Solid Recruitment b.v. urgently seeks a Junior Transaction & Valuation Analyst for an international real estate investor operating in the Netherlands.

You will support transaction and valuation activities, analyze potential acquisitions and disposals, and assist in financing, development and strategic management processes. You will build financial models, prepare presentations, and coordinate with external valuers and auditors while maintaining pipelines and databases.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
• Relevant internship or initial professional experience in real estate, transactions, valuations, investment analysis, corporate finance or a related field is preferred.
• Experience preparing financial models and analytical presentations is beneficial.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and ability to analyse information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and model potential property acquisitions and disposals.
• Prepare and maintain financial models and transaction presentations.
• Support the full valuation process, including communication and coordination with external valuers and auditors.
• Maintain and update the transaction pipeline and valuation database.
• Participate in development projects, financing processes and strategic management matters.
• Implement and perform periodic controls of relevant internal processes.
• Provide financial and analytical support to transaction and valuation activities.
