Job summary

Wilmar Europe in Rotterdam is seeking a Junior Trade Support to join our fast-growing international team. You will handle daily administration and follow-up of commercial contracts, working with Business and Account Managers, Middle Office and internal departments.

You will process contracts, confirmations, master data, product codes in SAP and CRM, learning how commercial processes run from deal confirmation to execution in a global market leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration.
• 1-2 years in a commercial or operational support role (contract administration/order processing/master data).
• Dutch proficiency and advanced English required.
• Good MS Office and SAP skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Administrate contracts for sales and purchase of products.
• Check receipt of internal confirmations from business/account managers.
• Check receipt of external confirmations from suppliers and customers.
• Enter pre-contracts into SAP ERP system.
• Review daily unconverted contracts with Middle Office (HQ in Singapore).
• Coordinate and support setting up new customers/vendors (VAT, limits).
• Maintain current master data (GTC, etc.).
• Create trade rules for new product codes.
• Prepare reports (open contracts, P&L by product category, weekly sales).
• Support in trade support processes (daily position, reconciliation, overdue tracking).
