Job summary

That Recruitment Company is partnering with a non-profit organisation that uses genetic and clinical data to improve cancer care. They seek a Junior Software Developer who wants to build useful software and gradually take on product ownership.

The role offers 32-40 hours per week, based in Amsterdam, with a one-year contract and the potential to become permanent.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics or related field.
• Some practical software development experience, ideally with Java and/or Kotlin.
• Curiosity about users' needs and an interest in product ownership.
• Fluent English; Dutch and experience with genomics or clinical data are bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve analytics tools used by researchers and clinicians.
