Job summary

DekuNova is seeking ambitious GRC consultants to work on real implementations with clients from day one. You’ll analyse governance, risk and compliance processes, configure ServiceNow GRC modules, and participate in client meetings to translate needs into concrete actions.

Joining workshops, testing builds, and supporting adoption are key parts of the role. You’ll learn rapidly and grow responsibility in a hands-on, collaborative environment in Utrecht.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: at least MBO level 4, preferably HBO.
• Interest in governance, risk and compliance as a challenge.
• Affinity with IT; technology should not scare you.
• Proactive, eager to learn with a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• You analyse how clients currently manage their governance, risk and compliance processes — and help improve them.
• You help configure and set up the ServiceNow platform for clients, including GRC modules, workflows and dashboards.
• You join client meetings and workshops, listen, ask the right questions and translate what you hear into concrete actions.
• You test what has been built, spot what isn't working yet and solve it together with an experienced consultant or developer.
• You support training and adoption programmes, create tailored training materials and act as the first point of contact for business questions.
