Job summary

OTC Flow, a leading international trading and brokerage firm headquartered in Amsterdam, is seeking driven Sales Traders to join our fast growing team. Build a robust client portfolio and execute trades that support clients in meeting environmental compliance objectives.

You will lead a tailored sales strategy, prospect through cold calls, emails, and meetings, and collaborate with experienced traders to grow revenue while developing market insights in renewable energy and environmental markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Proactive approach with cold calling and prospecting.
• Competitive mindset with drive to achieve results.
• Sales acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; cold calling is a plus.
• Client relationship focus, especially via phone.
• Interest in commodity trading and market dynamics.
• Resilience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Native-level fluency in Dutch/German/Polish/French/Spanish/Italian or Nordic language, plus English.

Responsibilities

• Client Portfolio Development: Proactively grow and expand your client base through direct outreach including cold calling.
• Lead Generation: Build a comprehensive lead list for disciplined outreach.
• Performance Ownership: Take accountability for revenue and PnL targets.
• Trade Execution: Execute trades with precision and efficiency.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships via phone, online platforms, and in-person meetings.
• Market Communication: Provide daily pricing updates and market insights to stakeholders.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and financial developments.
