Channel Factory in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to support the Sales team in driving new business and maintaining client relationships. This entry-level role focuses on learning Channel Factory’s products, mastering the sales process, and contributing to revenue growth through prospecting, research, and client support.

The position is ideal for building foundational skills and progressing toward a Sales Manager role, with exposure to agency partnerships and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, or media-sales.
• Basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (YouTube or programmatic is a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers in identifying and qualifying new leads.
• Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and campaign reports.
• Conduct research on clients, agencies, and market trends.
• Manage CRM data, ensuring accuracy and follow-up actions.
• Attend client meetings and learn the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Represent Channel Factory’s values and maintain professionalism in all communications.
