Goodman Group seeks a Junior Property Manager to maintain and enhance a portfolio of quality industrial assets across Europe, with emphasis on daily operations, budgeting of Opex and capex, and coordinating refurbishment and sustainability projects.

You will be the face of Goodman for clients, building long-term relationships, coordinating with external suppliers and internal teams, and gaining exposure to lease administration and contract obligations.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• First experience in property management, real estate, facilities management or asset management.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• A proactive mindset with ownership and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

As Junior Property Manager you play a key role in maintaining and enhancing a portfolio of high quality and industrial assets. You will have a broad selection of tasks such as managing the daily operations, budgeting of operational- and capital expenditure (maintenance and improvement) of all our assets, project management of capex works throughout the portfolio and many more. As Property Manager you will be the 'face' of Goodman for our clients as you will be their first point of contact.

• Become the trusted day-to-day contact for our customers and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and improvement works to ensure our assets remain in excellent condition.
• Manage external suppliers and service providers and drive high-quality service delivery.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of operational and capital expenditure budgets.
• Participate in refurbishment, renovation, and sustainability projects across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to improve building performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety and legal requirements.
• Gain exposure to lease administration, insurance matters, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with colleagues from finance, legal, capital transactions, and development teams.
• Develop a broad understanding of commercial real estate within a dynamic international organization.
