Job summary

Goodman is seeking a Junior Development Manager to join the Belgium, Netherlands (BENE) team. The role will start in Belgium, with opportunities to work across the Netherlands.

You will engage in both technical and commercial elements of real estate development, taking on diverse responsibilities from concept to completion in an international environment. You will report to and learn from experienced colleagues, with a focus on growth and sustainability at the core of every project.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Technical background (Civil/Industrial/Construction Eng/Architecture) is an advantage.
• Strong interest in real estate and property development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to make things happen.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Positive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to work from Vilvoorde and travel to the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support feasibility studies and project design.
• Assist planning and permitting processes.
• Participate in contractor selection and procurement activities.
• Conduct technical due diligence on potential acquisition opportunities.
• Contribute to the delivery and completion of development projects.
• Identify and evaluate new development opportunities.
• Support land acquisition and due diligence processes.
• Assist in negotiating transactions and agreements.
• Prepare business cases and financial analyses.
• Contribute to the commercialisation and leasing of projects.

The role will initially be based in Belgium, with opportunities to become involved in projects across the Netherlands as well.
