Goodman Group seeks a Junior Property Manager to maintain and enhance a portfolio of quality industrial assets across Europe, with emphasis on daily operations, budgeting of Opex and capex, and coordinating refurbishment and sustainability projects.

You will be the face of Goodman for clients, building long-term relationships, coordinating with external suppliers and internal teams, and gaining exposure to lease administration and contract obligations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• First experience in property management, real estate, facilities management or asset management.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• A proactive mindset with ownership and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Be the day-to-day contact for customers and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and improvement works to keep assets in excellent condition.
• Manage external suppliers and service providers and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support budgeting of operational and capital expenditure.
• Participate in refurbishment, renovation and sustainability projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve building performance and energy efficiency.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
