Responsibilities

• Learn and implement sourcing strategies and procurement plans balancing cost, quality and delivery.
• Support supplier relationships, negotiations and supply issue resolution.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with guidance from seniors.
• Learn procurement policies, legal requirements, and industry standards for compliance.
• Assist in tracking KPIs and preparing reports on savings and supplier performance.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain hands‑on experience in sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations while contributing to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn & Implement Sourcing Strategies: Assist in developing and executing procurement plans to balance cost-effectiveness with quality and delivery standards.
• Build Supplier Relationships: Support the team in managing supplier relationships, participating in negotiations, and resolving supply issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to Cost Optimization: Help identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Support Contract Management: Learn to draft, review, and negotiate contracts under the guidance of senior team members.
• Ensure Compliance: Gain knowledge of procurement policies, legal requirements, and industry standards to help maintain compliance.
• Reporting & Analysis: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports on savings, supplier performance, and initiatives for improvement.
