Job summary

Octatube is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to contribute to extraordinary architectures in the Netherlands and abroad. You will join our Design & Build team in Delft, starting from day one and evolving toward independent project management while learning from seasoned professionals.

You’ll handle preparation, design and execution tasks, visit sites, and coordinate with engineers, architects and suppliers, gaining broad exposure to planning, budgets and delivery in a collaborative,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture or Construction Management.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, with responsibility and teamwork.
• Initiative and ability to take on responsibilities when opportunities arise.
• Ability to maintain overview, structure, and prioritize.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Interest in exceptional architecture and technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of technically challenging, architecturally distinctive projects in the Netherlands and internationally.
• Learn from experienced Project Managers how to manage international projects in terms of planning, budget, quality and progress.
• Work closely with Project Coordinators, Engineers, Assemblers and Site Installers.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, meetings and contract documentation.
• Attend project meetings and ensure effective coordination between internal and external teams.
• Visit construction sites regularly to see projects realised in practice.
