Job summary

Octatube is seeking an HSE & Compliance Officer to help ensure UK and Dutch safety and compliance across our architectural projects. You'll build a knowledge platform, translate regulations into practical guidance, and support ISO 45001 management.

The role suits graduates or early-career professionals in an international design & build environment. You will develop training, monitor legislation, and collaborate with policy officers, project managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law, Safety, Public Administration, Business, Sustainability or Governance (or BA + 1–2 years).
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to understand regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a knowledge platform with regulatory information for health and safety.
• Develop training and knowledge-sharing initiatives on HSE and compliance.
• Identify risks and contribute to ISO 45001 improvements.
• Research UK/Dutch legislation and translate into practical tools.
