Job summary

nLighten is seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator to support EU payroll operations and act as the bridge between Finance and HR. Your day-to-day includes handling onboarding/offboarding data, ensuring payroll accuracy, and driving process improvements with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

You will collaborate with managers and teams across Europe, gain exposure to Hi-Bob HRIS, and receive training as part of a fast-growing, international company focused on sustainable data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of hands-on experience in European payroll processing.
• Experience with HR Information Systems is preferred (Hi-Bob).
• Excellent knowledge of English and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, is required.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team and by objectives.

Responsibilities

• Process EU payroll data accurately for multiple countries.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to manage onboarding and offboarding records.
• Maintain Hi-Bob HRIS and ensure data integrity and reporting.
