Job summary

NDRP Real Estate zoekt een Commercial Real Estate Advisor (junior/mid) voor Den Haag. Je werkt zelfstandig aan dossiers rondom verhuur en leasing van commercieel vastgoed en ziet toe op het hele proces van acquisitie tot afsluiting.

Je bouwt relaties met klanten en investeerders, onderhandelt over huurvoorwaarden en stelt voorstellen en documenten op. Je ontwikkelt je expertise binnen een jonge, groeiende praktijk met ondersteuning van ervaren collega's.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met commerciële vastgoedbemiddeling.
• In staat zelfstandig te werken aan dossiers en projecten.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands; Engels is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Advies aan klanten over verhuur en leasing van commercieel vastgoed.
• Acquisitie en begeleiding van nieuwe opdrachten.
• Opstellen van voorstellen, overeenkomsten en verhuurdocumenten.
• Begeleiden van onderhandelingen en transacties van begin tot eind.
• Onderhouden van relaties met klanten en investeerders.

Vacancy (Junior/Medior) Commercial Real Estate Advisor The Hague

NDRP Real Estate is a boutique firm specializing in commercial real estate. We advise national and international investors, developers, and end users on leasing, acquisition, and sale, as well as strategic real estate matters.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor (junior/mid-level).

What are you going to do?

As a real estate advisor, you'll work within the commercial real estate practice and be involved in the entire process of leasing and leasing business real estate. You'll work independently on files and assignments and be the first point of contact for clients, allowing you to brainstorm with and learn from experienced colleagues within the team. As your experience and responsibility grow, so will your role within more complex projects.

• Advising clients on the rental and leasing of commercial real estate
• Acquiring and guiding new assignments
• Drafting proposals, agreements and rental documentation
• Guiding negotiations and transactions from start to finish
• Maintaining and further developing relationships with clients, investors and other market parties
• Collaborating with colleagues within NDRP in the field of agency, capital markets and valuations

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a real estate professional with several years of experience, who can work independently and wants to develop further within a professional and substantive work environment.

• HBO or WO work and thinking level
• 40 hour

Function profile

• Several years of relevant work experience in (commercial) real estate
• Affinity with (commercial) advice and real estate transactions
• Enterprising, analytical and strong communication skills
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written (English is a plus)
