Broersma Werken Wonen, based near Amsterdam, seeks an experienced commercial real estate broker to advise clients on purchase, sale, leasing and investment opportunities in the city’s office, retail and investment properties.

The role offers significant autonomy, room for personal initiative, and ongoing training within a dynamic team. A strong market network and a proactive, client-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Native-level or fluent Dutch and English communication.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate brokerage.
• Experience with Realworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of Amsterdam market is preferred.

The Position

Broersma Werken Wonen is currently Immediately an experienced commercial real estate agent Immediately . As a commercial real estate agent, you will assist entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and property owners with the purchase, sale, leasing, and rental of commercial real estate. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to your clients and actively build a strong network. Do you have strong commercial instincts and a passion for real estate? List of activities

• Providing guidance and advice on the purchase and sale of commercial spaces, offices, retail spaces, and investment properties, as well as their leasing
• Negotiating on behalf of clients and overseeing transactions
• Acquiring new business and maintaining existing relationships
• Identifying market trends and commercial opportunities

The team

Located in a beautiful spot near Vondelpark, we are a professional organization actively involved in the purchase, sale, leasing, and rental of offices, retail spaces, and commercial properties in Amsterdam. Our team consists of seven commercial real estate agents, an operations manager, and three office staff members. You will become our 12th team member. We serve our clients with enthusiasm and energy, driven by passion, entrepreneurship, and a high standard of service.

Our organization consists of a total of approximately 40 employees and, in addition to commercial real estate brokerage, includes a residential real estate brokerage, a leasing department, a marketing department, and a new construction department. Broersma Werken an independent organization within Broersma Werken Wonen that works closely with Broersma Wonen.

We provide consulting and brokerage services for the purchase, sale, and rental of residences commercial real estate. As a firm, we combine our extensive knowledge and experience in both fields. For nearly a century, we have been a trusted name in real estate brokerage in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. Our network specializes in exceptional locations and unique properties.

• A KRMT or RM degree
• HBO-level work and thinking skills
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of commercial real estate brokerage in Amsterdam (is a plus)
• Experience with Realworks (is a plus)Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
