Alter Domus is seeking a Legal Officer to join its Real Estate team in the Amsterdam region. You will advise clients on establishing and optimizing real estate holding structures, and manage all legal and corporate matters for their entities.

The role covers participating in transactions such as restructurings, refinancings and M&A, attending board and shareholder meetings, and ensuring compliance. Dutch corporate law master and 0–3 years exp required.

• Masters degree in Dutch corporate law.
• 0–3 years of legal experience with real estate and corporate services.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and take initiative.

To pursue our ambitious growth development in the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a Legal Officer to work in our Real Estate team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assisting and guiding our clients in the implementation, incorporation and optimising of real estate (property) holding and financing companies;


• Handling all legal and corporate matters for our client companies. Evaluating, reviewing and preparing all relevant legal documents;


• Taking part in the execution of transactions for our client companies such as restructurings, refinancing and mergers & acquisitions;


• Assisting and attending of board meetings and shareholders meetings;


• Keeping our client companies in legal good standing and in compliance with regulatory requirements;


• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients;


• Actively participate in our growth ambitions by marketing our service offering.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You hold a Masters degree in Dutch (corporate) law;


• You have 0 to 3 years of experience in the legal field and affinity with real estate and corporate management services;


• You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate.


• Dutch native or bilingual proficiency and English professional working proficiency.

OUR OFFER:

Salary range for this position:€40000 - 48000-12 month basis,and on top:

• Holliday allowance: 8%paid in May


• Year bonus(13th salary):seniority and performance based.


• Premium Pension:fully paid pension plan, no contribution needed.

• Travel Expenses: public transport costs fully covered by the companyorcost per km compensation.
