Job summary

AXIS Career in Tilburg, Netherlands, seeks an Upcoming Operator in the Liquid Compounding department. You will weigh and process raw materials according to recipes, using a mobile workstation with a scale and computer, and follow safety and quality standards.

You will register activities in systems, maintain a clean and safe workspace, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a smooth production process across three shifts (07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–07:00).

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator.
• Proficient in Dutch and English (minimum B1).
• Work accurately and safely and take responsibility for quality.

Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare raw materials based on specific recipes.
• Accurately weigh and process raw materials using a mobile workstation with scale and computer.
• Check materials and quantities according to production and quality requirements.
• Follow established procedures, safety instructions and quality standards.
• Keep the workplace clean, safe and organized.
• Register production activities and relevant information in the systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process.
