Job summary

Kompak Nederland B.V. is seeking a Mixing Operator to operate and adjust mixers, dose ingredients accurately, and follow all work instructions and safety procedures.

You will help safeguard product quality and support continuous process improvements, reporting deviations to your supervisor. You will join the Mixing team, work within a shift system, and collaborate with the Mixing Supervisor, Processing department, and Technical Service to keep the work area safe, tidy and efficient while

Qualifications

• Operate and adjust mixers to recipe specs.
• Dosing ingredients accurately for each order.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Record production steps and coordinate product storage.
• Sweep and tidy workspace; maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Report deviations to Supervisor.

Responsibilities
