Job summary

Qualifications

• MBO level 3 diploma in a technical field or equivalent.
• Able to work in a 5-shift system (33.6 hours per week).
• Willingness to develop technical knowledge and skills.
• Good communication in English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the production line and control systems.
• Monitor production, quality and safety; respond to process disruptions.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance; assist maintenance technicians on complex issues.
• Follow procedures and safety regulations; contribute ideas for improvements.
• Support and train colleagues and new operators.
• Keep the workplace clean and safe; participate in morning meetings.
• Contact technical specialists when problems cannot be solved independently.
