Qualifications

• Completed MBO 4 or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, System Administration or related field.
• ,
• Some practical experience with IT support or troubleshooting gained through job, internship, traineeship or projects.
• Familiarity with Windows and preferably macOS.
• Interest in automation and scripting (PowerShell or Python).
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised and self-motivated attitude.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to take ownership and get things done.

Responsibilities

• First-line IT support: assist colleagues with hardware, software, accounts or connectivity issues.
• Incident resolution: troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and escalate when needed.
• Onboarding/offboarding: prepare laptops and access, revoke access when leaving.
• Hardware/software management: maintain IT assets and licenses.
• Account/access management: manage user permissions and access.
• System maintenance: assist with updates and configurations.
• Automation/tooling: help automate repetitive IT tasks with scripts/workflows.
• Documentation: create/update internal IT procedures.
• Security support: collaborate to keep systems/data protected.
• Continuous improvement: suggest IT process improvements.
