Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking a Dutch-speaking Junior Desktop Support Engineer to join our Netherlands team. Freshers or junior IT professionals are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to start and grow a career in IT support.

You will provide 1st/2nd line desktop support, install Windows, and troubleshoot devices across client sites in the Netherlands. The role requires a driving licence and willingness to travel, with a chance to learn AD/Group Policy and security tooling.

Qualifications

• Freshers / 0–2 years of IT experience.
• Dutch-speaking is essential for this role.
• Mandatory driving licence is required.
• Willingness to travel to client locations across the Netherlands.
• Strong interest in starting or growing a career in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st/2nd line desktop support to users.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems and software.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft Office, email and other business applications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and network issues.
• Support iPhone, iPad and smartphones.
• Assist with Active Directory and Group Policy tasks.
• Support antivirus, anti-spyware and endpoint security tools.
• Perform OS and data backup/restore activities.
• Support hardware refresh and asset management.
• Travel to client locations across the Netherlands when required.
