Adaptfy is growing and looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our Amsterdam office. You will handle day-to-day HR operations for Adaptfy and Metyis, advise leadership on people matters, and translate insights into practical actions across two international organisations.

You bring 6+ years of HR experience, solid knowledge of Dutch employment law, and fluency in Dutch and English. You thrive in a pragmatic, proactive environment and are comfortable handling confidential information.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• 6+ years of HR experience, ideally in international, scale-up, consulting or professional services.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Excellent Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, pragmatic and structured way of working.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to handle confidential matters.
• Courage to stand your ground when advising others.
• Ability to build trust across a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day HR operations for Adaptfy and Metyis: onboarding, contracts, absence management, documentation, and questions.
• Advise leadership and employees on people matters, turning insights into actions.
• Support leadership discussions with relevant people insights, priorities, and actions.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch employment law and translate global policies into practical procedures.
• Run HR cycles such as performance management.
• Contribute to cross-functional and international HR projects across Metyis.
