Job summary

Globalprofessionals in Amsterdam seeks a design-focused intern to build our AI-first marketing design system. You will produce daily ad variants, social templates, and presentation assets while exploring how AI fits into our workflow.

You’ll work closely with the Content Manager and Marketing Manager, gaining hands-on mentorship and delivering live portfolio material. The internship offers an allowance and a pathway to a junior role after success.

Qualifications

Studying graphic design, communication design, or related field at HBO level.
Portfolio showing real work, strong school projects count.
Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe suite.
Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their design implications.
Able to work quickly, enjoy feedback, and ship deliverables.
Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
Available 32–40 hours per week for 4–6 months.

Responsibilities

Produce daily design work: ad variants, social content, landing page assets, and presentation slides within our design system.
Experiment with AI tools and turn successful results into repeatable workflows.
Support the content team with quick-turnaround design requests and maintain daily operations.
Keep everything on brand by applying the Company brand book across deliverables.
Join campaign brainstorms and contribute fresh ideas on design and AI.
