i+solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (English speaking) in the Netherlands. You will manage end-to-end supply chain activities for medicines and health products, from client requests to final delivery, acting as a supply chain expert for a portfolio of countries.

The role covers order management, export/import paperwork, transportation, customer service, KPI performance, data and quality management, and continuous improvement, with a junior to mid-level scope, requiring English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, management, public health, business or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics role.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or French a plus.
• Experience with ERP or other supply chain systems.

Responsabilités

• Order management: convert client orders to purchase orders with suppliers.
• Export/import: handle shipments and documentation.
• Transportation: coordinate pickups with LSPs and manage delivery.
• Customer service: provide timely order/shipment updates.
• Performance management: meet lead times and KPIs.
• Data management: log operational data accurately.
• Quality management: ensure processes follow GDP/ISO standards.
• Continuous improvement: identify supply chain optimization opportunities.
