Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines affecting clinical supplies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales order and stock transfer order processes efficiently.
• Review temperature data and manage temperature excursions, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Control and monitor site and transit temperature excursions, and handle returns and reconciliations.
• Support expiry relabeling campaigns and manage import licenses.
• Process and handle distribution complaints promptly.
• Ensure timely and compliant shipping of investigational products to clinical sites and logistics service providers.
• Collaborate with Clinical Customer Service, Development Supply Chain stakeholders, QA, warehouse teams, clinical site monitors, and couriers to resolve issues swiftly.
• Review and manage temperature data reviews and excursions, maintaining accurate documentation and KPIs.
