Job summary

i+solutions is searching for a Supply Chain Specialist (French speaking) to manage end-to-end supply chains for medicines and health products. The role covers order management, export/import, transportation, and customer service for a portfolio of countries.

The candidate will coordinate with Global Fund processes, ensure timely deliveries, and uphold quality standards while collaborating with a diverse, multinational team in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, management, public health, business or related area.
• 3–6 years’ experience in procurement and/or supply chain or logistics role.
• Fluency in French (native or near) and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with ERP or other supply chain management systems; IT-proficient with MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from countries or Principal Recipients via Global Fund’s marketplace and convert to purchase orders.
• Coordinate export/import documentation for shipments.
• Arrange transportation with Logistics Service Providers and oversee delivery to final destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service to Global Fund and Principal Recipients with timely order updates.
• Ensure orders and shipments meet agreed lead times and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate operational and performance data.
• Adhere to i+solutions’ ISO standards, SOPs, and quality procedures.
• Identify opportunities for continuous supply chain improvements.
