i+solutions is seeking a Supplier Management Lead (SML) in Woerden, Netherlands. The role focuses on supervising supplier performance, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the SCS team, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and donor-facing projects.

You will coordinate with the Supply Chain Services team, drive improvements, and prepare quarterly business reviews while ensuring compliance with client expectations and SLAs. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain management or related field.
• Approximately 7–10 years of procurement and supply chain experience.
• Experience with international donors preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Builds relationships with suppliers within client/product portfolio.
• Holds regular calls with suppliers and manages order overviews.
• Informs suppliers of requirements, KPIs and SLAs.
• Acts as main point of contact for supplier queries and escalations.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders on requirements and data accuracy.
• Manages quarterly supplier business reviews and data analyses.
