Job summary

DSV Tilburg is looking for a Junior Freight Forwarder to learn how to organise international shipments from A to Z within road transport, while building relationships with customers, carriers and DSV locations abroad.

You will learn to evaluate routes, capacities and deadlines, and you will communicate daily with partners. Over time you can grow toward roles such as freight forwarder or team lead as you develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Motivation to learn the freight forwarding profession.
• Interest in international logistics and road transport.
• Good command of English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to organise international shipments from A to Z.
• Find the best transport solution considering routes, costs, capacity, deadlines and country rules.
• Communicate daily with customers, carriers and DSV colleagues abroad.
• Gradually build an international network and grow with DSV.
