Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is recruiting at Tilburg for a Freight Forwarder to plan and coordinate international shipments and maintain networks with customers and partners. The role focuses on efficient scheduling using planning systems and real‑time monitoring to ensure smooth deliveries.

You will work on rate agreements, liaise with customers, and handle deviations in transit. The position requires practical transport experience and fluency in Dutch and English, with opportunities for training and career

Qualifications

• Experience in planning or coordinating transport, e.g. freight forwarder, transport planner or supply chain coordinator.
• Proficient in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of driving and rest time regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and timely delivery of shipments through efficient planning with the highest loading capacity.
• Monitor shipments in real time and respond to deviations and disruptions.
• Create and monitor rate agreements for purchased transport and steer on these in daily operations.
• Proactively communicate with customers and partners and track shipments.
