Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd seeks a Sales Executive to join the Environmental Services trading team in Amsterdam. You will build relationships with new B2B clients and quickly own your own client portfolio.

You will gain exposure to trading, pricing, and market dynamics with mentorship, aiming for growth into Sales Manager or Trader roles. Travel is fully reimbursed; compensation includes up to €50k gross annual salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or related field.
• 0–2 years’ experience in sales, trading, or business development — drive matters more than resume.
• Interest in environmental services, commodities, energy, or sustainability is a plus.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable in Excel, CRM systems, and basic data analysis.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or Polish; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new B2B clients and uncover opportunities in the environmental services market.
• Assist in preparing pricing proposals, offers, and contracts that win business.
• Collaborate across operations, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery.
