Job summary

OTC Flow, a leading international trading and brokerage firm headquartered in Amsterdam, seeks driven Sales Traders to join a fast-growing team. You will build a robust client portfolio and execute trades that support environmental objectives, while developing a tailored sales strategy for your market.

You’ll prospect via cold calls, emails, chat, and meetings, becoming a trusted advisor who delivers commercial value and identifies new opportunities in energy and environmental markets.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in B2B sales, business development or client-facing roles.
• Experience in financial, commodity, energy or environmental markets is a plus.
• Proactive in cold calling and prospecting to acquire new clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Portfolio Development: Proactively grow and expand your client base through direct outreach.
• Lead Generation: Build a comprehensive lead list for extensive outreach.
• Performance Ownership: Take accountability for personal revenue and profit targets.
• Trade Execution: Execute trades with precision and efficiency.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships via phone, online platforms, and meetings.
• Market Communication: Provide daily pricing updates and market insights.
• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.
