Job summary

Rabobank seeks a Junior Data Scientist for its Advanced Analytics Early Career Program in Utrecht. You will learn to build AI solutions, from data engineering to model deployment, using Python, Databricks and ML techniques.

You will join CLUE and help develop models for client interaction, including clustering and propensity models, with a focus on generative and agentic AI in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or comparable technical studies.
• Studies, thesis or projects showing knowledge of traditional ML/statistics and AI models.
• 0–2 years of working experience after graduating; strong Python experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI solutions using ML techniques and generative AI concepts.
• Translate business questions into data science solutions and scalable tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to deploy models in production and monitor performance.
