Rabobank seeks a Junior Data Scientist for its Advanced Analytics Early Career Program in Utrecht. You will learn to build AI solutions, from data engineering to model deployment, using Python, Databricks and ML techniques.

You will join CLUE and help develop models for client interaction, including clustering and propensity models, with a focus on generative and agentic AI in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or comparable technical studies.
• Studies, thesis or projects showing knowledge of traditional ML/statistics and AI models.
• 0–2 years of working experience after graduating; strong Python experience.

Within the Area Analytics Accelerations you will join the CLUE (Client Lifecycle Understanding Engine) team and contribute to building and improving models and analytical solutions to improve our client interaction, like client clustering models and propensity models for product suggestion. You will primarily be using traditional machine learning techniques complemented with generative and agentic AI.
