Rabobank in Utrecht seeks a Junior Data Scientist for its Advanced Analytics Early Career Program, learning to build AI solutions and contribute to the CLUE team. You’ll work on client clustering, propensity models and production-ready analytics using Python, Databricks and ML, with exposure to generative AI.

You will join an 18‑month program combining practical work, workshops, and mentorship. You will learn to translate business requests into scalable AI solutions and collaborate across teams

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics or comparable technical studies.
• Knowledge of traditional ML/statistics and AI model implementation demonstrated in studies or projects.
• 0–2 years of work experience after graduation; strong Python background.
• Interest in both traditional ML and generative AI; understanding of AI infrastructure.
• Excellent English communication; able to collaborate with colleagues.
• Reside in the Netherlands.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and improve analytics solutions across data engineering, ML engineering and model evaluation.
• Translate business requests into data science solutions and deploy practical AI products.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues to turn ideas into production-ready applications.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical development within the Advanced Analytics community.
