Dyflexis, a fast-growing workforce management software company, is hiring a Junior Customer Success Manager on-site in The Hague. You will handle inbound commercial requests, spot opportunities, and start building your client portfolio from day one.

You will work with a small team, qualify leads, and route them to the right colleagues. There is a clear path to senior roles in customer success, new business, or consulting, with a people-focused culture and opportunities to travel or grow.

Formación

• 0 to 2 years in a commercial, sales, or customer-facing role.
• Experience with Salesforce or fast-learning CRM.
• Comfortable dialing and managing inbox.
• Affinity for IT and quick product grasp.
• Commercially driven and proactive.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German/French/Spanish bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound commercial requests and spot opportunities.
• Run campaigns around specific features to drive adoption and upsell.
• Handle renewals for clients in your portfolio.
• Qualify new business leads and route to the right person.
