Job summary

VANEIGENS is a Dutch consultancy at the intersection of Salesforce and AI. This junior role offers hybrid work from Amsterdam with day-one coaching from the Technology Practice Lead.

You will set up Claude for client teams, build AI agents, run trainings, and help clients adopt responsible AI use while continuously learning and expanding Salesforce basics. You are expected to bring Claude experience or projects, a curiosity for new tools, and the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical

Qualifications

• Proven interest in hands-on Claude projects and real-world use cases.
• Able to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set Claude up at client sites with projects, skills, and connections.
• Build agents and automations using Claude Code and MCP connectors.
• Lead trainings and workshops for client teams, technical or not.
• Draft usage policies and contribute to responsible AI adoption.
• Stay ahead by testing new tools and sharing insights.
• Learn Salesforce basics as client work involves Salesforce.
