Job summary

VANEIGENS in Amsterdam invites a Data and AI Specialist to unify customer data in Data 360, create meaningful semantic models, and build dashboards in Tableau. You will connect data sources across warehouses and lakes and ground AI agents like Agentforce and Claude with trusted data.

You join an early data and AI practice, collaborate with consultants, and work in a small hybrid team with direct impact on client projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with data platforms, data modelling and SQL in a commercial setting.
• Hands-on with Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) or a comparable CDP.
• BI experience with Tableau or Power BI, including semantic models and dashboards.
• Experience with a warehouse or lake such as Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery.
• Interest in grounding AI agents: retrieval, knowledge bases and evaluation.
• Data 360 or Tableau certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, harmonise and unify customer, order and product data in Data 360 with identity resolution and consent.
• Connect warehouses and lakes such as Snowflake, Databricks or BigQuery without copying data and integrate with ERP/POS.
• Build semantic layer, metrics and dashboards in Tableau for consistent definitions.
• Provide data to Agentforce and Claude agents via retrieval and knowledge base.
• Run data readiness scans for clients and fix data needs.
• Set up access, masking and audit trails to maintain GDPR compliance.
