Job summary

Qualogy Nederland is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer for a focused three-month assignment to design and build production-ready AI agents. This hands-on role requires taking defined use cases from requirements to working implementations with Claude Code, Azure, and Terraform.

You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, product owners and business stakeholders to deliver agent capabilities that integrate with our enterprise data landscape, using Python and relevant SDKs, with

Qualifications

Recent hands-on experience with Claude Code from start to finish.
Building AI agents and agent-based applications in Microsoft Azure.
Terraform and Infrastructure as Code implementation.
Proficient in Python and solid software engineering practices.
Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing and deployment.
Ability to build secure, reliable and observable production solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and build AI agents for data and business use cases.
Use Claude Code extensively as part of the engineering workflow.
Create agent workflows integrating enterprise data, APIs and tools.
Develop solutions using Python and relevant SDKs.
Implement tool calling, context management, validation and guardrails.
Integrate agents with Azure infrastructure and Databricks landscape.
Establish CI/CD, monitoring, logging and security controls.
Take technical ownership from design through deployment to production readiness.
Develop reusable patterns for the wider engineering team.
