Job summary

VANEIGENS, a Dutch consultancy at the intersection of Salesforce and AI, is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to own solutions on one or two client accounts. You’ll run discovery, design the solution, and stay accountable until it goes live.

Agentforce and Data 360 feature in most designs, with a focus on balancing automation and human judgment. You’ll lead a small delivery team from Amsterdam in a hybrid setup, collaborating with the Practice Lead.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting with end-to-end delivery on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on with Agentforce or Data 360, or a plan to learn quickly.
• Strong API integration design experience and MuleSoft knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and map client processes to Sales, Service, Commerce, Loyalty or Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Design solutions and guide delivery team through build, validation and go-live.
• Maintain client relationships as trusted advisor and drive account growth.

Amsterdam / Hybrid Full-time Salesforce Agentforce

Lead Salesforce work for retail and consumer goods brands, from discovery to go-live, and put Agentforce and Data 360 to work in the solutions you design.

Lead the work, from first workshop to go-live

VANEIGENS is a Dutch consultancy working where Salesforce and AI meet. Most of our clients are retail and consumer goods brands. We design their Salesforce and AI landscape, build it and run it, and we ship our own pre-built agents that go live in weeks.

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant you own the solution on one or two client accounts. You run discovery, turn what you hear into a design the team can build, and stay accountable until it works in production. Agentforce, Data 360 and Slack are part of almost every design now, so you decide where an agent takes routine work and where a person keeps the judgement.

You work in a small team with short lines to the Practice Lead. Hybrid, from our Amsterdam office, at home and on site with clients. Our delivery team builds with AI as a peer, so expect to design and review faster than you are used to, and to help shape how we work.

Core Impact

What You'll Do

Discovery and solution design

Run workshops with client stakeholders, map their processes to Sales, Service, Commerce, Loyalty or Consumer Goods Cloud, and write a design the team can build without guessing.

Agents in the design

Decide where Agentforce agents take routine work, write their limits as fixed rules and plan the hand-over to people.

Data and integration

Design how the solution connects to ERP, POS, commerce and Data 360, with APIs or MuleSoft that the client's team can maintain.

Lead the delivery team

Guide consultants and developers through the build, review their work and keep the backlog and releases on track.

Trusted advisor

Be the main contact for the client's business and IT leads, explain trade-offs plainly and push back when needed.

Run and improve

Stay with the client after go-live, through support and continuous improvement, and grow the account with work that adds value.

Ideal Profile

What you bring

You have done this before, more than once, and you can tell us what went wrong and what you would do differently.

• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting, with end-to-end delivery on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with at least one of Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Loyalty Management or Consumer Goods Cloud
• Hands-on with Agentforce or Data 360, or a clear plan to get there quickly
• Integration design with APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft
• Salesforce certifications, for example Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong plus, as many of our clients work in Dutch
• Retail or consumer goods experience is a plus
