Job summary

VANEIGENS is a Dutch consultancy at the intersection of Salesforce and AI. This junior role offers hybrid work from Amsterdam with day-one coaching from the Technology Practice Lead.

You will set up Claude for client teams, build AI agents, run trainings, and help clients adopt responsible AI use while continuously learning and expanding Salesforce basics. You are expected to bring Claude experience or projects, a curiosity for new tools, and the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical

Junior AI and Claude Consultant

Set up Claude for client teams, build agents with Claude Code and MCP, and help people use AI well. A first or second job, with a coach from day one.

VANEIGENS is a Dutch consultancy working where Salesforce and AI meet. We implement Salesforce, build AI agents for clients and build our own AI products. We are a small team with short lines, so you work directly with the Practice Lead and senior colleagues from day one. We are now adding AI enablement, training and governance to what we do. That is where you come in.

We are looking for someone who does not wait for new technology to become normal. When a new model, tool or feature comes out, you are among the first to try it and you quickly have an opinion on it. You already use Claude for much more than chat: you have set up a project, written a skill, tried Claude Code, maybe connected it to another tool with MCP. Now you want to bring that to other people and show them what is possible before they think to ask.

This junior role in our technology practice is a good first or second job for exactly that. You work hybrid, from our office in Amsterdam, at home and on site with clients, and you report to our Technology Practice Lead, who is also your day-to-day coach.

What You'll Do

Set Claude up at clients

Join a client team led by a senior consultant and set Claude up properly: projects, skills, instructions and connections to the tools they already use, often Salesforce and Slack. Then sit with their people until they can carry on without you.

Build agents and automations

Write agents and automations with Claude Code and MCP connectors, for a client or for our own team. A senior reviews your work before it goes live.

Run trainings and workshops

Help prepare and run trainings and workshops for client teams, technical or not.

Help clients use AI responsibly

Draft usage policies and write down how AI is used in a client's organisation, including what new regulation asks of them.

Keep us ahead

When something new comes out that could help a client or our own team, you try it, show it to us and suggest where it fits. You will often be the first in the room to know, and we want you to speak up.

Learn Salesforce along the way

Pick up Salesforce basics, because that is where much of our client work happens. Nobody expects you to know it on day one.

Ideal Profile

What you bring

Something you built with Claude that you can show us. That matters more than anything else on this list.

• Something you built with Claude that you can show us
• You are ahead of the curve: you try new AI tools and models as soon as they come out, and you want to understand how they work, not only use them
• You can explain an AI tool to someone who is not technical and get them to actually use it
• Dutch and English, spoken and written
• A degree in a technical or information field, or the same level reached by doing the work
• Nice to have: experience building with an LLM API rather than only a chat app, having given a training, workshop or tutoring session, an interest in responsible AI use, or some Salesforce Trailhead activity or the Administrator certification. None of these is a reason not to apply.
