NEM Energy Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Junior Bid Manager to support our end-to-end bid management process. You will help develop HRSG and T-SCR proposals, coordinate with Sales, and assist in negotiating contracts in a global marketplace.

You will work with the Sales Manager to ensure the best technical proposal, feasible scope, and cost efficiency, while growing in a multicultural project environment with opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Process Engineering or energy subjects.
• Minimum 2 years as engineer or technical sales in international B2B environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assess customer RFQ requests.
• Maintain the proposal roadmap.
• Perform proposal engineering (equipment, noise, emissions).
• Guide proposal team members (performance, layout, E&I).
• Ensure feasibility of offered solution.
• Compile technical proposal and cost calculation.
• Negotiate scope with customer.
• Hand over to project execution with budget.

As a Junior Bid Manager, you will learn to work in our end-to-end Bid Management process. You will develop your skills to prepare HRSG and T-SCR proposals to support our Sales process and negotiate contracts in the worldwide marketplace. Together with the Sales Manager, as Junior Bid Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the best design, most fitting technical proposal and lowest possible costs are put forward.

Key tasks & responsibilities

• Assessing the customer’s requests/RFQ
• Maintaining the proposal roadmap
• Performing the proposal engineering (equipment, noise, emissions, etc)
• Guiding the assigned proposal team members (performance, layout, E&I, etc)
• Ensuring feasibility of the offered solution
• Compiling the technical proposal and its cost calculation
• Negotiating scope and requirements with customer
• Handing over to project execution (technical contract and execution budget)

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Process Engineering or Energy related subjects
• Min of 2-year experience working as an Engineer or any similar Technical Sales work-experience, in an international B2B environment is a plus
• Fluent in English
