Zusammenfassung

NEM ENergy is seeking a Junior Bid Manager to support the end-to-end bid process, developing HRSG and T-SCR proposals for global sales. You will work with the Sales Manager to ensure the best design, most fitting technical proposal, and lowest possible costs.

Key duties include RFQ assessment, proposal roadmap maintenance, and coordinating the proposal team through feasibility studies, cost estimation, and contract handover to project execution in a multinational setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Process Engineering or Energy related subjects.
• 2+ years experience as an Engineer or similar Technical Sales role is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

• Performing the proposal engineering (equipment, noise, emissions, etc)
• Guiding the assigned proposal team members (performance, layout, E&I, etc)

• Negotiating scope and requirements with customer
• Handing over to project execution (technical contract and execution budget)

As a Junior Bid Manager, you will learn to work in our end-to-end Bid Management process. You will develop your skills to prepare HRSG and T-SCR proposals to support our Sales process and negotiate contracts in the worldwide marketplace. Together with the Sales Manager, as Junior Bid Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the best design, most fitting technical proposal and lowest possible costs are put forward.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Process Engineering or Energy related subjects
• Min of 2-year experience working as an Engineer or any similar Technical Sales work-experience, in an international B2B environment is a plus
• Fluent in English
