Job summary

NEM Energy Group is seeking a Bid Manager to prepare HRSG and T-SCR proposals and negotiate contracts in the worldwide marketplace. You will work in close cooperation with the Sales Manager to ensure the best technical design, fitting proposal, and lowest possible costs.

In this role you will lead proposal engineering, coordinate with international teams, and hand over to project execution. Fluency in English and a mechanical/energy background are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Process Engineering or Energy related subjects.

Responsibilities

• Assessing the customer’s requests/RFQ
• Maintaining the proposal roadmap
• Performing the proposal engineering (equipment, noise, emissions, etc)
• Guiding the assigned proposal team members (performance, layout, E&I, etc)
• Ensuring feasibility of the offered solution
• Compiling the technical proposal and its cost calculation
• Negotiating scope and requirements with customer
• Handing over to project execution (technical contract and execution budget)

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Process Engineering or Energy related subjects
• 4–5-year experience working as an Engineer or any similar work-experience, in an international B2B environment
• Fluent in English
