Role Description

We’re looking for a German‑speaking Junior After Sales Specialist to support our B2B partners and dealers in the DACH region. You’ll handle warranty cases, coordinate repairs, manage spare‑parts availability, and ensure smooth after‑sales operations, all while collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily after‑sales operations for German‑speaking B2B partners
• Coordinate warranty / non‑warranty repairs
• Handle returns and bike exchanges
• Track spare‑parts availability and recurring issues
• Prepare weekly service reports
• Ensure timely follow‑up via email & phone

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations (or similar)
• 2+ years in customer service, after‑sales, or operations
• Fluent German (C1/C2) + English, another languages are also a plus.
• Analytical skills (Excel)
• Experience with mobility, e‑bikes, or technical products, it's a plus
