HOO WAH in the Netherlands is seeking a skilled cook to independently prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards. You will perform mise en place, apply basic techniques, and ensure HACCP compliance while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

You will check quality, taste, presentation, manage inventory and purchasing, supervise kitchen assistants, and contribute ideas to menus. The role requires flexibility during peak periods and collaboration with the team.
