Jobster in Utrecht is hiring an Independent chef for a full-time position at Krishna Vilas Utrecht, Kaatstraat 1, 3513BV.

The role requires basic cooking techniques, knowledge of ingredients and menu, and MBO level 3 education. Dutch or English language skills are acceptable. The package includes CAO-compliant conditions, travel allowance, and a supportive team atmosphere.

Mansioni

• Perform preparatory cooking tasks (washing, cutting, pre-cooking, mixing).

• Prepare orders for service with à la minute cooking, portioning and garnishing.
• Supervise assistants and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (HACCP) and house standards.

• Salary indication: €2500-€3250 gross per month excluding holiday pay.

• Assessing the quality of products/ingredients to be used (freshness, shelf life, etc.), preparing tools;
• Executing preparations, monitoring/controlling quality, doneness, taste, color, fluidity, etc., and making adjustments/additions;
• Making orders ready to serve by performing à la minute cooking tasks, portioning, and garnishing;
• Supervising the work of assistants, providing guidance and instructions;
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, Occupational Health and Safety, HACCP, and work and presentation methods (house style).

• Language Dutch or English
